Our personal training time has helped me approach my workout routines with a bit more purpose, forty five minutes can pass very quickly. Rehnan's bootcamp classes were awesome. He is encouraging, stretches you to go further than you think you can go, and helps you get results that you want. He always has a positive outlook and really makes you feel like you are important to the class. Even when the exercises got really tough to do, he would encourage with- "you can do this, or you got this keep going." He cares about the health and well being of his clients. I hurt my shoulder, and returned to class when I thought I was ready. He made sure I didn't lift any weights that were too heavy, and checked to see that I was doing the exercises properly, and that I was doing ok with what we were doing that evening. There is no better trainer in my eyes. Rehnan is the best!
